For 1L mTNBC in adults who are not candidates for PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors

DATROWAY is the only ADC to significantly extend overall survival vs chemotherapy in 1L mTNBC1,2

Statistically significant OS1*

  • The median OS for DATROWAY was 23.7 months (95% CI: 19.8, 25.6) vs 18.7 months (95% CI: 16.0, 21.8) with chemotherapy (HR=0.79 [95% CI: 0.64, 0.98]; P=0.0290)1

Median duration of study follow-up was 27.5 months.3

*65% vs 72% of patients received any subsequent therapy in any treatment line with DATROWAY or chemotherapy, respectively; 21% vs 41% received a subsequent ADC.3

DATROWAY achieved a median overall survival of nearly 2 years1

For 1L mTNBC in adults who are not candidates for PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors

DATROWAY nearly doubled mPFS compared with chemotherapy1

Statistically significant PFS1*

with DATROWAY (n=199)
(95% CI: 9.0, 15.6)
VS 7.1 months
with chemotherapy (n=94)
(95% CI: 5.6, 8.9)
  • The ORR for DATROWAY (n=311) was 64% vs 30% with chemotherapy (n=311)1
    • 8% complete response with DATROWAY vs 3% with chemotherapy
    • 56% partial response with DATROWAY vs 28% with chemotherapy
    • DCR at 12 weeks: 84% with DATROWAY, 60% with chemotherapy3*

ORR, DoR, and DCR were not powered to show statistical differences between treatment arms. Therefore, the clinical significance of these data is not known.1

*Disease control rate was defined as the percentage of patients with confirmed complete response or partial response, or who have demonstrated stable disease (per RECIST v1.1, as assessed by BICR), at 12 weeks after randomization.5
